Camera car crane

BU Crane is the perfect companion for our BU Head when it comes to tracking shots off of a camera car, train or boat, offering industry-leading on- and off-road stabilization at 190 kmh / 120 mph  and 90 kmh / 53 mph.

While driving it absorbs carrier movements independently from the boom to push the envelope of image stabilization. Adjust the counterweight angle to get 8 m / 26 ft tall stable shots.

Batteries, doubling as core counterweight, are continuously charged via vehicle alternator. System also powers the head, camera(s) and distributes video. 120 kg / 265 lbs load capacity is good even for 3D rigs. Add/remove boom sections in one hour.
